“LaShaye was extremely helpful during our stay! We were there during the most recent ice storm and she made sure we had what we needed in case we lost power, including extra water, fire starter logs and wood for the fire place, and a lighter. She also checked in with us during the stay and was willing to work with us in case our flights got changed/canceled!! She also allowed us an early check-in so we could prepare for the ice storm!! The pool table and many games made for great family bonding!……

“David was very friendly and responsive. The home is beautiful and in a great area. Before booking I did see a few comments regarding the house being dirty but took the chance because the home looked nice and the area was shown to be safe. This home was my best option. Unfortunately we found the house to be dirty too. Cat hair all over all of the upholstered furniture, water filter in the fridge needed replacing so no drinkable water available, floors not cleaned, sheets looked like they may not……

"The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."
