「It was late and I couldn’t get into the VRBO. It was late the the VRBO customer service was terrible. The rep was nice and tried to help but she couldn’t get support from others due to “high volume of calls”. I was on hold over an hour. The host was very nice once we connected and offered another place to stay for the night. 」

「Very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. Only draw back NO televisions are in the bedrooms. I am a tv addict I have to have a tv in my bedroom. If tv’s were in the bedrooms this would be a 10++ rating. But seriously other than that everything is as exactly as stated in advertising and in person. I have an event in Champaign in July I am seriously considering renting this one again but again seriously the tv issue would be the only thing that would stop me.」
