I was a solo traveller and found the bed to be very soft, I prefer a harder mattress. They put me on a floor with wedding guests. Check in was fairly smooth, once we finally received the information. We had several issues with the location though. The walkway to the apartment had no lighting and was a bit awkward getting to the apt., especially at night. The entry didn't feel very secure since the glass doors didn't lock properly ...
