Please note that the basement ceilings in some areas is slightly less than 6’2” tall so guests over 6'0” will need to duck.

Also, two bedrooms in the basement are connected. You need to go through one room to get to the other.

We ask that our guests start a load of sheets and do the dishes before leaving.
We ask our guests to follow some simple checkout instructions so we can keep our cleaning fee low. By booking this house you agree to do these things. A reminder message will be sent out the day of checkout:
- Logout of all streaming accounts on the TV
- Return all heater/AC and tv remotes to their rooms.
- Wash all used dishes. (Starting a load of dishes before you leave works)
- Wash and dry all used towels. Keep all white towels separate from any other colored item. Add bleach to the wash. If you only have one load of white towels, feel free to start dryer and a maid will put them away. If you have more then load, please fold and put away towels and leave the rest to dry in the wash.
- Strip all used beds. PLEASE LEAVE MATTRESS PROTECTORS ON THE BEDS.
- Start a load of dark laundry in the main level washer: Dark rags, makeup towels, sheets from the travel, provincial, and cowboy rooms
- Start a load of light laundry in the downstairs washer: Cottage, mermaid and extra white towels.
