“This property is listed as a four star property online and that may have been true in 1990 but the condition of the property now is far from four star. This should be listed as a two star property currently due to the age of everything in the rooms. This hotel is far behind any other properties that I have stayed at in the past five years. “No "Hot Tub" exists as advertised. Owner actually seemed surprised. Not sure if it was because it was advertised or that she didn't have one :) Ants are over the top out of control. Don't walk away from any food on the counter or you will be sharing it. Keep trash outside, helpful hint. Overall a pretty decent place to stay and would recommend it!!! Just me careful of the nails sticking up that hold down the rugs. That said, the neighbors squirrel hunting with my grandkids in the backyard……

“The room smelled strongly of bleach and we could not stay as we found it hard to breathe. There was also no soap when we arrived. Hotel staff were very courteous and understood our problem with the bleach smell immediately. They told us to contact Expedia to get the refund of what we had paid in advance. We have not yet received that refund. The amount charged when we arrived at the hotel desk was refunded promptly. Parking was confusing. There is a lot adjacent the building, but you must……

“Both cabins were cozy and spacious. The linens reminded me of a nice hotel along with the coffee bar and complimentary snack basket. The parking lot was big enough for multiple trucks hauling trailers or boats and the outdoor living space offered decks off the cabins and a fire pit with chairs around it. Communication with the host was prompt. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”
