"Hotel only opened 2 years ago and has a lot of potential . However , it's still lacking in details. 1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge . The hotel can be great with small adjustment and attention to details "

"This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. "They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
