“The property was nice and accommodated us well. The owners/managers were responsive in a timely manner regarding questions about pet friendly option, VRBO’s chat made it difficult to prove pets health records as it did not have an option to attach anything and blanked out all email addresses when they were typed in, the owners/managers allowed us to stay with our pets in good faith.”

“It is in a new neighborhood, there is plenty of parking. The apartment is new, all finishings are in great condition, it is quiet. Overall it is perfect ”

“We came from out of town for our daughter’s wedding. The location is great, and the unit was large enough to hold our big family. We enjoyed using the pool area daily. Our only complaints were about cleanliness. There was laundry in the washer and dryer, which we easily rotated. Some things were in disrepair, and some of the walls and ceilings seemed smeared with something sticky. It also looked like there was some sort of critter excrement on the basement ceiling. The location was near family and the location for our special function. The location is also near shopping and restaurants. Super convenient.”

“The owners were fabulous and quick to reply everytime! The location was beautiful, and we had a small baby shower which was even more beautiful because of the gorgeous living area. My daughter loved her big bathtub, and my 13 yo son loved having the top bunk for the first time in his life. The games kept everyone busy, and yet their were corners where people could sit and have smaller group discussions. Did I say how beautiful the location was? Would definitely recommed to anyone.”

“The stream, the house, the views! What can I say? We had an absolutely wonderful time here. We’re so close to so many trails, parks and waterfalls. Only to come back to a beautiful home and stream next door. We slept with the balcony door open to listen to the stream. Our host was amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“Teresa is an "above and beyond" Host. This made the stay really relaxing. The property is immaculate, full of everything you could ever need (really), and has an amazing view and an outdoor patio/porch to enjoy the views. Property was an easy 18 min to Sundance for Zip Line rides and MTB riding. There is a trail network that goes everywhere, literally, 2 blocks from the property. I rode my bike on this paved network all the way to Deer Creek Reservoir. I will be staying with Teresa again.……

“House was wonderful for a large family reunion, and Kent was super responsive, even during a holiday week. Would definitely stay there again. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the communal space (kitchen, living room, dining room), was perfect for gathering.”

“Traveled for a baseball tournament and it was PERFECT! We are a family of 4 (2 kids 14 and 12 yo). The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, we never felt cramped for space. PROS -Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer made everything easy. A quick 3 minute drive to Walmart and all kinds of food around the area. Easy access to I-15. Awesome balcony. CONS- bowling alley was closed. Elevator not working. Balcony looked out onto……

“Lovely and quiet; a basement MIL apartment; horses kept out back. ”

“My 8 1/2 months pregnant daughter and I spent the weekend here. We needed to relax and a getaway from her other kids and spend some mom daughter time and this place was perfect. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. We just sat and talked and read and laughed. We played ping pong and had such a blast! We spent the evenings sitting out in the yard and chatting and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you so much and we would highly, highly recommend this place!”
