「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. 」

「Everything! Monica was extremely organized, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She even gave us the name and contact of a very good transportation agency that helped us get from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. We were amazed by the beauty of her property! The photos don’t do it justice. Luz and Rusven were very kind and helpful. We hope to return!」

「We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect.
The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the food was excellent and added even more to the experience. We would absolutely stay here...

「The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. 」
