The property is clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was perfect for our stay with extended family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Place to Stay in Marathon

This was a great property that was well appointed and up to date. Pool was clean and lots of extra things around to enjoy being outside. Grill was clean with plenty of propane.

Great responses from Kim, our host. The house is wonderfully decorated & a good location. Would have appreciated more silverware & less plate/bowl sets. The dock was nice but since there is no ladder we were unable to access to the water. Overall a very reasonably priced place with a good central location & very comfortable furnishings. We had a great week & would stay again.

Blue Pearl Stay...

It's a beautiful house, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool and foosball table outside were appreciated. We also enjoyed a nicely equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The only negative was that the dock did not have a ladder to allow us to access the boat we rented for the week.

Georous canal home

This brand new home was so beautiful and spacious. Pier was awesome. Saw some manatees the first day. House has everything we needed. Pool was heated and fantastic.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in a rental. The only draw back was not having shades on all bedroom windows to block out the very bright light at the boat stack across the channel from the house. We were able to drape some beach towels over the curtains on the large window to block out more of the light. We enjoyed riding the bikes to Coco Plum Beach in the evening and lounging by the pool. The house was spacious and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation in Marathon

An unforgettable stay! The location in Marathon was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions, grocery, and restaurants. The house itself was pristine, with ample space for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. The convenience of having a boat dock right on the property made exploring the beautiful waters easy and enjoyable. The kids especially loved watching the manatees from the dock. We really enjoyed the pool and the relaxing patio area with the fire pit. The communication with the property manager was top-notch. She was responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. A big thank you to the property manager, Kim, for making our vacation truly memorable! Highly recommend this rental for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful house with great amenities. There’s tons of space both in the house and on the property. Plenty of room for our boat trailer and several vehicles. Awesome location if you’re bringing your boat. Huge dock with a marina right across the canal for fuel and you’ve got extremely quick access to the Atlantic from the home. Money well spent, thanks!
