The physical address is 90 Calle Ensueno, Marathon FL 33050

Come stay, fish, snorkel, relax in the pool, walk to Sombrero Beach. This professionally furnished 5 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home is the perfect vacation retreat. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with a robust channel package with Xfinity. 4 king beds, 1 queen.

Main living area is on the 2nd floor.
Open floor plan with chefs kitchen, dining area and living room. 2nd Floor has 2 large master bedrooms, both with an en-suite bath. Both with King Beds, Flat Screen TV's, access to the back deck. Seating outside each room on the deck is a great place to relax and read a book or have a drink/coffee.

Like to fish? Bring your boat or rent one so you can get out and enjoy the water. Owners of this home are avid fishermen of the keys and will provide fishing advise and sandbars to enjoy. The dock is able to accommodate 2 boats up to 40+
in length. 110V power and water at the dock along with a fish cleaning station.
We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had right here in our little slice of paradise!

Guests have access to 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a commercial ice maker capable of producing 400lbs of ice per day. Snow shovel and a wheeled cart make it super easy to carry ice to the dock for the boats.

Our property has room for up to 6 total vehicles in the driveway. Four cars/trucks and 2 boat trailers. Rough dimensions of the driveway are 30' wide and 70' long. Parking is strictly limited to the driveway. Absolutely no vehicles/trailers allowed on the grass areas or in the street right of way or cul de sac. Hot tub can be heated if pool heat is chosen.

This house is our personal home we rent out when we are not in Marathon. Most of our neighbors are full time residents. If you are coming to party and play loud music, this isn't the right home for you. We maintain constant contact with our neighbors and they help watch after our home when guests visit. If you are looking for an upscale home in a highly sought after, quite neighborhood, we welcome you with open arms! We have just recently listed it on VRBO. We have another home just down the street at 445 Sombrero Beach Road. Jeff’s place in Marathon was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing week together. Sombrero Beach was a short walk from the house.Jeff was an excellent host and checked in during our stay to make sure we were having a great vacation, which we really appreciated. Our family had a wonderful time at the house. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a five-star stay in Marathon, Florida.

This stunning home checked all the boxes for our weeklong family vacation in Marathon. The setting on a canal away from the hustle made it a private retreat. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we could need, with five bedrooms and multiple baths to fit us - eight adults and two kids - perfectly. Beautiful Sombrero Beach is five minutes by bike. The pool is warm and welcoming. The hot tub served as our evening gathering space. The well-equipped kitchen made family meals a breeze and our host, Jeff, was always quick to respond to questions/concerns. We enjoyed kayaking in the nearby mangroves, swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, and cruising to see the sunset. Just an ideal getaway for our crew aged 10 to 75.

The perfect property for a bigger family week

The house is in great shape and decorated very nicely. Pool is large and was the perfect temperature and if it’s not you can adjust it to your liking. The dock is first class with electric and fresh water, plenty of room for my 35 foot boat The host is in constant contact and willing to fix or get anything you need.

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised! Jeff, the Owner, called us the day of check in and explained all the different functions in the house and about the pool. Incredible house!

What a beautiful home, well kept, spacious and truly had everything we needed. The home owner connected with us during our trip to ensure we had everything we needed and asked how our experience was so far. We have been to the keys for mini season year after year and this is the only house we have been very excited to book again. Wonderful House with a Great location

What a wonderful week! We truly enjoyed our stay in Marathon FL. The was house perfect, the pool was a delight, the location was wonderful and having a place to dock the boat was a plus. There was more than enough room for our group of 11 (8 adults and 3 children). The layout of the house was ideal for families. The kitchen is well stocked and having Publix down the street is just one of the many conveniences. Restaurants, bait shops, and cute little tourists traps are all close by! There was more than enough room for our boat on the dock. A short boat ride to sombrero reef or out to watch the sunset each evening was just perfect. Then the added bonus of manatees and tarpon coming by daily was a thrill for our grand children. Jeff was a wonderful host, He had great recommendations for dinner out and was more than happy to share any fishing updates he received. His kindness was very much appreciated. You can’t go wrong with this house! We absolutely loved our time there.

Magnificent Property!!

This house has it all and will not disappoint! Plenty of space with all of the oversized rooms, porches, pool deck, driveway, and dock. The kitchen is stocked as good as yours at home! New Year's Getaway

Beautiful, bright, sunny house with a wonderful pool, close to Sombrero Beach. We had a great week in the house with our teen and young adult children and their significant others and friends. Luxury In Paradise

Could not get any better. Owner anticipated every need. Very quick response to any questions. Beautiful saltwater pool that left your skin softer than when you came. An amazing home and a beautiful vacation for the family!! We loved every minute!!

We rented this house at the end of November. We are a family of eight. My husband and I, our son, his wife, and our two young grandchildren, our two daughters who are in their 20’s and my husband and I. Upon arrival in Miami my husband and I waited for our daughter to fly in from Wyoming while my son and family went on to the house first. As soon as they arrived, we received a call: “Oh my gosh!! This house is amazing!” They were right. More than enough room for all of us, beautiful inside and out, well-equipped kitchen, towels, beach chairs, etc. The spacious backyard with the pool that was so inviting with a spa, waterfall feature, plenty of deck chairs and loungers, leading to a huge dock on a well-protected canal, what more could you want? It was like being at your own private resort. Sombrero beach is just a short bike ride or drive away, with amazing sunsets. The location is perfect in a high-end, safe community. We saw manatees multiple times from the dock, rays swimming by, the occasional iguana strolling through the yard and an Ibis visited a couple of times too! The kids had a blast breaking up fallen coconuts, fishing off the dock, but especially swimming in the well-kept pool. Jeff was always available when needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay at his house went as smooth as possible. He gave so much information about the area including great restaurant recommendation and even provided coordinates for a great fishing spot to catch some fish with the

Best VRBO ever

First of all, the house was just dropped dead gorgeous. It looked just as advertised on VRBO. It was extremely clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were amazing to come home to after a long day on the boat. Loved how close the house was from some sombrero reef and we could leave the boat in the house overnight, Made it super convenient. Jeff is extremely responsive and replies super fast to any questions you may have. It was in a great neighborhood and a short distance from sombrero each as well as Publix. I can not say enough good things about Jeff and his property, you should not hesitate to book.
