On the ground level, enjoy a large covered outdoor space with a summer kitchen (gas grill) and comfortable lounge area overlooking the private pool/swim spa with waterfall. The pool measures 12’ x 30’ (5 ft deep) and is surrounded by ample seating for dining, relaxing, and sunbathing.

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
* Security cameras around the exterior of the home and records both video and audio.
*Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
