We loved everything about this home. The furniture was very comfortable including all of the beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was outstanding, and the pool and hot tub were delightful. The property managers were easy to work with, thanks Bonnie and Rachel .

Just perfect !

We loved staying here and hope to return! My children lived in the pool- which we opted to have heated (it was very warm, so I wouldn’t recommend it if staying in the summer). The location is perfect- very convenient to Publix for groceries and the beach, just down the road. Gated neighborhood. The house was so wonderful, we were all able to just relax and enjoy ourselves there, which was exactly what we needed. Convenient for day trips to key west, Islamorada, and Key Largo. We ended up extended our time in FL, and staying a few days at a resort in Key Largo after our rental was over. It got us closer to the Miami airport, & gave us a change of scenery for a few days . An fantastic family trip after putting them off for 2 years!

Could not ask for more. Close to Turltle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, snorkel excursions, great food, beach, and more! House as pictured. Hot tub needs work though...

Great views and house

The support staff were pleasant and very helpful. The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of towels and beachtowels. Beds were very comfortable. The view is lovely and we saw manatees everyday. The grocery liquor and drug stores are very close. Parking is good. The pool needed work and the support staff had someone come out immediately. Great stay

Best House in Sombrero Beach

This is truly a five star property. We were lucky to book this during the holidays. We loved it so much we had our children and grand children join us. We even extended it for a month because of the location. Walking distance to the beach but quiet enough for privacy at the end of a long day. *Note - at the time of our rental the pictures were not what we found. The place had been beautifully renovated and the new pictures were not posted yet.

Vacation in paradise

Great location . Good for two families traveling together as the upstairs and downstairs are separated and accessed by outside stair case Two sets of laundry rooms ( one in upstairs bathroom and one in extra room with bait freezer and plenty of storage for gear. One large kitchen and one “studio” kitchen downstairs with fridge and coffee maker. Two bedrooms (1 master and master bath) one queen and laundry/bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs . Plenty of parking ! New beds. New owners are upgrading the home so it’s evolving. Very clean. With plenty of towels and pool towels. Issues we had were handled by property manager in the Keys -so it is easy to communicate quickly . Beautifully kept and peaceful neighborhood . Wonderful vacation home. ( plus is awesome water pressure in showers and dock -:)) pool is big and a nice view from the home ! Would rent again!
