Ascending to the upper level, the oversized master suite beckons with a luxurious King-sized bed, an indulgent ensuite bathroom, a thoughtfully provided office desk (a retreat from work, if you so choose!), and an expansive balcony that gazes upon the endless ocean expanse. Another generously sized King bedroom, complete with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, graces this level. And there's more – a bonus game room, a trove of excitement, comes complete with a wet bar and an array of board games that promise delightful moments for both the young and the young at heart. *Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.
*Pets allowed: Maximum of 2 pets. The fee is $250 plus tax for 1 pet or $500 plus tax for 2 pets (total). PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON ANY BEDS—if pet hair is found in the beds, an additional fee equal to the original cleaning fee will be charged.
*Floating dock has been removed to increase the docking space.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
