「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

「This property is top notch! We are in love and wish we'd found it earlier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From registration to pool/food attendants, maintenance, . .... Everyone was so nice. The facilities are beautiful and everything you need is there! Highly recommend this resort and if we come to the Keys again, we will absolutely be staying here!!!!!」

「Very quiet place to relax, swim, take the boat out and fish. Grills, bikes and kayaks free to use. If bringing a boat call before booking to ensure you have a dock spot!」

「Loved how the bar is right there outside the rooms. Can’t say anything bad besides it’s hard to see the sign when looking for the address!」

「The room was good with comfy beds. We couldn’t get the room to cool down though so it was a bit warmer than we would have liked. The shower sprays everywhere outside the shower stall so we needed towel to mop it up. I ended up with glass in my foot at the pool but the pool was enjoyable other than that. The breakfast was lacking. It was frozen breakfast sandwiches or a prepackaged muffin. I don’t think I would call that a continental breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.」

「The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor...

「Great deal for the Keys. The place was clean but dated. Would absolutely stay here again. Added bonus is that it is right behind a convenience store with Dunkin Donuts.」

「The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...
