「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

「I've stayed here for a number of years and the property appears to be slipping. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely. The rooms don't have true refrigerators, they have chillers which do an ok job but aren't as cold as a fridge. The ice machines in both buildings were broken and when I asked the staff if I could get some ice from...

「The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. 」

「The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...
