Inside the Home:
This spacious ground-level, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been newly remodeled with a chic, nautical theme. As you enter, you're greeted by a bright and airy living room with TV, large sliding glass doors that open to stunning canal views, filling the space with natural light, includes a pull-out couch, for additional sleeping space. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, and dishware. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with comfortable bench seating and additional bar seating, providing ample space for everyone.
The master bedroom is located at one end of the home and features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. A convenient laundry room is tucked behind sliding barn doors, adjacent to the master bedroom. The bedroom 2 also offers a queen-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3, furnished with a queen-sized bed, is located nearby, with easy access to the third full bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4, perfect for kids or extra guests, has a full-sized bunk bed.
Outdoor Oasis:
The outdoor space at this home is truly exceptional, offering 150 feet of dockage, perfect for up to two boats. Stairs lead directly down to the canal, providing easy access for launching kayaks and paddleboards. Unwind around the private pool, where you'll find plenty of outdoor seating to relax with a book or enjoy a cocktail while soaking in the Florida Keys sunshine. With direct water access and a spacious, inviting outdoor area, it's the perfect spot to enjoy all that the Keys has to offer. There are also 3 adult bikes, 2 teen/youth bikes and 1 child's bike.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat/chiller is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"Everything about this house is comfortable, clean, and attractive. The (heated ) pool and landscaping are beautiful, with comfortable furniture for lounging in the sun. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the hosts are generous with basic supplies. The beds and bedding are comfortable, with good quality sheets and pillows, and the bathrooms are well-supplied with comfortable, full-sized towels (not those crappy thin things you find in some rentals). Look in the laundry room for a nice stack of beach towels and enjoy your stay!"
