With ample space to sleep 6, this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is the ideal retreat for families, couples, adventurers, and those that are looking to experience the spirit of the Florida Keys.

The property has 2 bedrooms each with a full private bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. An upstairs veranda sits off of the twin bedroom. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room downstairs where a half bath is present.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs.

A washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the villa. All of your bath and laundering needs are provided.

1000 Mbps high-speed Xfinity internet is available. With the Xfinity service, free HBO is included. The entire unit is smart-home integrated with Nest products including Chromecast, allowing you to stream all of your favorite services.

Nest smart speakers are located throughout the villa with unlimited access to YouTube music offering uninterrupted entertainment.

The downstairs patio overlooks the canal behind the villa and is equipped with a plunge pool that has a heating option.

For the beachgoer: Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag are available for use.
For the fisherman: Fishing poles and light tackle are available for use.

The villa is privately owned and not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Hawks Cay Resort amenities and resort pools are unavailable to guests. The resort restaurants Angler & Ale and Sixty-One Prime are open to the public. Hawks Cay Marina and Sole Watersports have fishing charters and watersport activities available to the public. Calm Waters Spa and The Dolphin Connection are open for guests to use as well.

The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.
