In the resort 400 m from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, 3 km from the centre of Puerto Banus, 7 km from the centre of Marbella, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (40 x 20 m, depth 5 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking. Bus stop "Boulevard San Pedro" 900 m, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

A wonderful apartment for a great holiday

The apartment has everything you could possibly need whilst away on holiday. Very well equipped for making meals in and great outdoor space for relaxing anytime of day, both in the sun and shaded if required. The pool is a lovely and such a nice area to relax. I feel this would be great for kids too and will definitely return and recommend to others.
