We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property in Marbella, it was exactly as described and more. Set in a beautiful complex with mature gardens, very safe and secure and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Maude provided very clear and helpful arrival information and Beatrice was very helpful on our arrival. This is a great spot for a quiet family get away. We traveled into Marbella centre fa few times and found Ubers were the best option. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely property

Lovely property, beautiful spacious outdoor area, very well equipped including bedding, towels, kitchen. Proximity to the beach was fantastic and the larger pool in the complex was lovely. There are a limited number of restaurants and bars locally, it is situated about a 15-20 minute drive from Marbella. We would recommend the shorter journey to Elveria for some nice restaurants as it is a very short taxi approx 3km. Only observations include the steps would limit anyone with mobility issues and entirely outside of owners control but residents have dogs on site - some adhere to the signs requesting they are kept on a lead but we had a very bad encounter with a bull terrier ( restricted breed, no collar, no muzzle, cropped and pinned ears) we were walking through the complex going to the beach-the dog jumped the wall and came at a member of our group and was going to attack- one owner managed to jump the wall and restrain the dog. Everyone got a huge fright ( we all have dogs and have no issues with pets, this dog was vicious). I would advise caution especially with children

Terrible stairs

The apartment was great, everything and more there. Only problem were the stairs leading up to the apartment. Three flights going round in circles. Badly light. Not very good when you are carrying things. Weather was terrible, very high winds and terrible downpours of rain.

Superbe appartement avec sa triple exposition , sublime terrasse , emplacement parfait , propreté impeccable, et conforme à la description de l'annonce ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! Peut-être serait-il bon de préciser dans l'annonce que l'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, 3ème si on compte le garage , car tout le monde ne lit pas l'ensemble des commentaires. Nous étions avec ma maman de 83 ans qui heureusement est en forme , sinon ça aurait pu être difficile pour elle. Mais c'est vraiment le seul point négatif , car tout était vraiment très très bien !

wir hatten ein tolles Monat in Marbella. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Granda etc. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Neben der riesigen Terrasse lässt es sich auch an den 3 Pools super entspannen :) wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Great week in Marbella

We had a lovely time here- we were a family of 5, with grown up children/partners and the flat was super, there was plenty of room for everyone and the massive roof terrace was fabulous- a very sunny spot for evening bbqs and it was quiet, clean and private. The flat was as described, homely, comfortable and well stocked for home cooking with plenty of crockery/ knives and pots etc., a dishwasher/ wash machine and air-con. Any guests who have mobility issues might want to know there are 3 flights of stairs to access the flat from the car park and no lift- not a problem for us. The gardens surrounding the property are v well kept, full of flowering bushes and each evening there was a fabulous smell of jasmine etc. The beach is v close and large and there are plenty of beach restaurants. Although not on the beach or with any nice view we found a great fish restaurant 5 mins away- Barca de Pedro which was fantastic and full of locals, a hidden gem. There were jellyfish when we were there sadly and one of our group was stung, but that was bad luck/ a seasonal thing. There are 3 v clean pools and sometimes these are very busy, sometimes you can get them all to yourself. The location is great- 20 mins by car to the centre of Marbella. This was a very comfortable stay and highly recommended- Thank you.

Sehr schöne , große WG ( etwas in die Jahre gekommen ) mit großem Balkon , fast direkte Meersicht.

Fast perfekte FeWo, direkter Zugang zum Strand ( 100m Fußweg) , perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr schöner und großer Balkon (roof top); Supermarkt 5 Min. ;Parkgarage etwas eng . Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Großartiges Penthouse mit sensationellem Blick auf Berge und Meer!!! Absolut empfehlenswert, top Zustand, alles da was man braucht für einen erholsamen Urlaub. 100m zum Strand mit einem super italienischen Restaurant - man isst im Sand. Der Kontakt mit Maude und Beatrize war ebenfalls super, freundlich und immer schnell und direkt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir kommen wieder!

Todos los años realizamos un par de salidas en verano y cuando llega a su fin en cada una de ellas, nos da algo de pena pero en el momento de montarnos en el coche se los pasa. Este año no ha sido así, no queríamos irnos, se nos ha hecho cortas a pesar de haber estado 10 días. El piso excelente, preciosas vistas, bien equipado, muy cómodo, como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia casa. La urbanización y la playa geniales. Maude, la dueña, y Beatriz, la que nos recibió, atentas, muy amables y te hacen sentir como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida. Gracias por vuestra atención e igual repetimos el año que viene. Sólo decir que el apartamento es super recomendable para aquellos que quieran desconectar y pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Home from home... All we could ask for and more!

Beautiful property with all the mod cons we needed as a family. The owner/manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The break was relaxing and the proximity of the beach was fantastic.
