Spacious Family Villa with Pool & Sunny Garden

The one-level villa has 4 bedrooms but with a capacity of 10 sleeps. 3 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds.



The villa was constructed in the 1970s, however, the owner has kept the property very well-maintained. The garden is really beautiful.



The private pool area is located directly south so sunshine from morning to evening can be enjoyed. There are sun beds at the property. Directly next to the pool, there is a covered terrace for those who want to cool down on the lounge sofa or dining table.

The direct area of the villa is quiet and family-friendly. Within a 3-minute drive, you have small shops, bars, a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as a large supermarket and late-night superstore. Also close to the world-famous beach club Nikki Beach Marbella.



For sports acrobatics, you find Aventura Amazonia in the near area, where you can swing between trees and conquer a vertical climbing wall... Good luck!!



This is truly a great family holiday home at an affordable price.



The nearest large shopping center and Marbella city center is 10 minutes by car.



Marbella is famous for its historical features, including the famous Salvador Dali sculptures which are set up amidst beautiful fountains near the lovely sandy beaches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and bars, and also an old typical Spanish square called "Plaza de las Naranjos". Like other towns in the region, Marbella hosts many festivals all year round.

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price for one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50, including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Mängeln aber mit guter Lage in Elviria. Ohne Auto ist aber der Strand und auch die Stadt oder Stadtzentrum nicht gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war mit der Agentur hervorragend. Diese war immer erreichbar und hat uns auch während einer Flugverspätung geholfen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen wieder :)
