Luxe villa with jacuzzi and pool

The villa in Mali Vareški has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 persons (max. 4 adults). Accommodation of 70 m² tastefully-furnished and has a fully-equiped kitchen, It has garden and swimming pool. The property is located 1 km supermarket, 1 km bus station, 3 km from the restaurant, 3 km rock beach, 12 km airport and it is located in a a quiet zone and surrounded by the forest. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, children area, hot tub, air conditioning throughout the house, swimming pool private, open-air parking in the same building, 2 TVs, satellite tv (Languages: English). The open plan kitchen, of induction, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, plates and bowls.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
