「Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!」

「Pictures did not accurately reflect the outside area of the property. The exterior was not clean and there was no grassy area to gather outside with child. The patio table was not cleaned. There was glass and debris in the front and side yard. Interior rooms were family-friendly and worked well for our family, although the floors were not very clean. 「The location was convenient for visiting Syracuse, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for traveling with my dog. However, several issues affected my stay. I had to contact the host twice before receiving the check-in instructions, which added unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness was disappointing considering the 120 cleaning fee. The walls, doors, and baseboards were visibly dirty, and there were numerous dead bugs inside the home. I photographed the condition and...
