“Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was……

“ Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! Noch einen schönen Gruß an unsere netten Vermieter Jacky und John”

“Location perfetta, camere da letto, cucina e salotto molto ampie e ben fornite di tutto il necessario, bagni ok. Appartamento a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare , a 10 dalla citta' e da tutte le attrazioni di Fano. consigliatissimo. Un grazie anche a Francesco per l'accoglienza e la disponibilita'.”

“Bella struttura, Distante a più di 3 km dal centro, ma per chi ama andare in bico non è un problema. Noi siamo stati in un periodo non estivo, quindi abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio: Qualche accessorio in più per la cucina come presine e canovaccio sarebbero gradite come è bene provvedere a una disinfestazione di zanzare e formiche presenti sul pianerottolo che ahimè accedono all'interno dell'abitazione. Non sono presenti zanzariere”

“This apartment was exceptional. We fit 3 people comfortably. Everyone was kind and attentive to our every need. I hope to visit this place when i come back to Italy. The best part it was walking distance to the beach. Everything was perfect. Thank you Asia, Roberto and Faubert for a great stay. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua in questa splendida mansarda e ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a casa. L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso: ogni angolo trasmette cura e accoglienza. La pulizia è impeccabile, e ancora ricordo con piacere il delicato profumo di pulito che si diffondeva fino alle scale d’ingresso, un tocco di benvenuto unico.I padroni di casa sono davvero gentili e sempre presenti per ogni necessità, pur lasciandoci la massima privacy. “Die wunderbare Region haben wir bereits gekannt. Das tolle Ferienhaus an super Lage hat unser Ferienerlebnis abgerundet. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und war ideal mit den zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber mit punktuellen Abzügen bei der Küche. In der anschliessenden perfekten Kommunikation mit der Gatgeberschaft konnte dies aber sofort geklärt werden. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!! ”
