Ready to immerse yourself into the oldest historic village and former centre of the Isola d'Elba?
Among the small streets of Marciana you will find this delightful apartment with double bed and bunk bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
Entering from the upper floor, you will be greeted by a large living room with sofa, dining table e air conditioning.
On the left side you will find the first bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe, then the bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.
In the final part of the upper floor the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to be able to enjoy delicious dishes by cooking the magnificent local products.
Going down the stairs you can access the large bedroom, with air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside table.
The independent house will allow you to have an intimate and private space, with private access, reached through the external stairs. The house is always cool, but having air conditioning available your stay will always be pleasant and regenerating.
The house is equipped with self check in, it will therefore be possible to access at any time, but we always prefer to know the time of your arrival for any need.
The apartment is located in the center of the town, 50 meters away there are bars, bistros, ice cream parlors and other activities;
Not far from Marciana you have the beaches of Sant'Andrea and Patresi, as well as a multitude of coves to discover thanks to the app we will send you;
Marciana is located at the foot of Mount Capanne, you can leave from the apartment and find the path that will take you to the top of the mountain or the cable car just 5 minutes away;

Marciana is a typical village on the Isola d'Elba. It is located 350 meters above the sea level and is the ideal place to experience, during your holiday, the true life of the island and its inhabitants.
5 minutes away you can visit Poggio, a wonderful village where many famous people have stayed, from Winston Churchill to Greta Garbo, Aristotle Onassis, Giorgio De Chirico, King Edward Windsor and many more.
Taking the main road, with the “MAREBUS” shuttle or with a car and scooter, in a few minutes you can be in Marciana Marina if you go east or to Sant'Andrea, Patresi and the entire suggestive Costa del Sole from which you will see one of the most beautiful sunsets that can be found in Italy as well as being able to see the Island of Pianosa, Montecristo and Corsica from the coast.
