Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Brand new king size bed in master. Queen size bed and 1 twin in guest. Kept clean. End unit comes with large front porch with outdoor furniture. Ceiling fans in each bedroom for a comfortable nights sleep. New master bedroom furniture, couch, 2 recliner and TV. Recently painted. Plantation shutters throughout, Hunter douglas vertiglide on sliders. Nicely tiled flooring. Equipped with kitchen utensils and linens.

Fabulous Marco Island

The location of this unit is fabulous! It is close to the beach and the view from the lanai is beautiful! The condo was very clean, well-stocked with nice appliances (great icemaker), paper products, cleaning supplies, stocked kitchen, new shower head, and comfortable furniture. The people at Eagle Cay are very welcoming and friendly. The complex provided very nice grills, clean pools and many extra facilities we enjoyed such as the pickleball courts and bike racks.

Great Stay

Eagle Cay was a great place to stay. Pickle ball , tennis court and nice pool area. You can walk to beach or use public parking which is an $8.00 all day fee. Photos were accurate.

We were lucky to get this property.

The condo was exactly as described. Communication with the owner was always quick. Other residents in the complex were very friendly. Even though our vacation was a little “twilight zone” like given the Covid 19 pandemic closures, we enjoyed staying here.

Home away from Home

The minute we arrived at this condo, we were immediately pleased. Everything on the description was true and more. The grounds are immaculately groomed and the condo was so cute and relaxing. Art, the owner, was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Adan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. This is a hidden gem. Close to everything but yet the location is quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, great owner, and quiet, clean accommodations. Loved it.

This was exactly the kind of accommodation we were hoping for on our trip to Marco Island. The owner, Art, was very friendly and easy to work with. The building and unit were very clean and well-maintained. The patio on the back of the property has an excellent view, and we enjoyed watching boats slowly glide down the waterway. The property had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, WiFi, comfortable rooms and furniture, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is just a few steps away. You'll be glad you stayed here.
