Wonderful house stellar location

House was incredible. Clean and well appointed... location was wonderful....management company was spot on info given and ease of check in made it a relaxing and comfortable stay ....start to finish.....Marco island is a wonderful spot to vacation! Should be aware that there is no dishwasher soap, detergent for the wash machine or garbage bags so on your first trip to Publix you may want to include those items........afternoons by the pool were a slice of heaven!

Lovely relaxing location.

Will be coming back to this location for sure. A few minor things that needed attention and once the management team at Marco Island Vacation Properties were aware they rectified immediately. Very impressed with this team, especially Andrew Vale. We loved this property. It was perfect for us and the photos are accurate. The owners are are very generous with the amenities especially the laundry, cleaning products and the well stocked kitchen. More equipment there than I have at home. Look forward to our next stay.

Lovely Getaway Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lot of rentals have out-dated photos. The place looks nice online, but when you get there, everything is a little run-down. That is not the case here. The place is beautiful with high-quality furniture and construction so you really feel comfortable and at home. The garage is excellent, the lanai and seamless connection between inside and outside is fantastic. The pool is lovely. The garage has a lot of extras to help with a beach trip - cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. The bikes are a little rickety, but work for maybe 3 to ride around or to the beach and back at a comfortable, chill pace. The Wednesday Farmer's Market is across the street, and is a MUST.

Lovely outside areas around the pool which is south facing so gets sun all day and great to watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here making good use of fishing rods to catch catfish off the dock and used the bikes to go out cycling. I would recommend this house for a vacation rental.

My family - me, my husband, our 2 adult children, really enjoyed our stay at 1279 Balboa Court. The home is lovely, filled with light, with a nice view looking out over the pool and canal, and with a view of the sunset. We stayed during Covid and were very happy to have a well equipped kitchen and a grill available to enjoy cooking together. We enjoyed having the use of 4+ bicycles for adventures to the beach. We also walked to the beach more than once. The house is in a great location - quiet and easy to get around. 1/2 block from Mackey park for a nice stroll and access to basketball court. The home's saltwater pool was warm enough for daily swims. The beds are comfortable. This house has everything we needed and we have zero complaints. I definitely recommend this home and agency and would definitely stay here and rent from MIVP again.

Yes this was the perfect getaway. The house/pool are spectacular. We enjoyed biking to the beach everyday. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on dock offered great scenery, including occasional pods of dolphins. Any questions/issues were promptly addressed. We highly recommend and plan to return ASAP!

The dock needs some maintenance due to splintering boards and the pool area was littered with plant and lizard droppings. Don’t mean to complain, just notes to the management and owners to make it even better! Wonderful wildlife sightings from the property. The park across the street was a highlight for activities and exercise. Great farmers market on Wednesdays! You can’t go wrong with this place. MIVP is superior with service and response.

Best Vacation Ever

My 6 year old grandson cried when it was time to leave. House was wonderful and location to the park was fantastic. Kids able to ride their bikes every day around the lake. House very well stocked with all of the things you need to enjoy your week. Planning to book this property again.

If you're looking to walk to the beach, it's a bit too far to tote beach chairs, etc. The bikes that are available make it doable. However, if you're bringing tons of stuff, I recommend that you drive. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were all handled promptly. Overall, I definitely recommend this property and the agency. We'll be back!

Loved it! Great house and great location!

We loved everything about the house! Great pool, great location for kids near Mackle park and so many other positives! Please do listen to the noise rules as we did get a visit from the police about noise issues. I think this is common on the island, but just want to remind people.

Peaceful R and R for several family members who enjoyed the coziness of the house and surroundings.

Great location. Appreciated the fact that that the house had a great kitchen to work in. However, the stovetop was difficult to operate. We ate in for our time at the house. The rest of the house had everything we needed.

Beautiful home!

We just returned from a 6 night stay at this beautiful home. The home is very beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Very comfortable and homey feeling. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, two flatware drawers, tons of dishes. Surprisingly, there isn't a pantry, but we did find two spacious drawers to put our food in. The refrigerator was dirty upon check-in. Fingerprints all over the outside and grimy on the inside. But, I gave it a wipe down, so no worries. The pool was unswimmable until the very last day. It was totally green upon arrival. The pool guys came out and worked on the pool for 3 days in a row. They told us the family before us had many kids who swam in the pool constantly and the chemicals became unbalanced. So, it was a bummer for the kids to not get to swim until the last day. The house is beautifully decorated. Check-in was very easy. The location of the house is very convenient to Publix and several restaurants. The house came with bikes which was nice. We'd stay here again if the pool situation improves. Kids really need a pool on vacation. :)
