One of the most distinctive features of this home is its seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Panoramic sliding doors throughout the home open to a screened lanai, allowing you to embrace Florida's warm breezes and natural beauty. Whether you're relaxing by the heated pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying a meal on the lanai, the transition from indoors to outdoors is effortless, providing a true tropical experience.

The updated kitchen, with sleek stainless steel appliances, is perfect for preparing gourmet meals for family or friends. The home also includes a brand-new Weber Grill for outdoor barbecues as well a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amazing property with all the amenities!

We love the layout of this property! Our favorite things were: kitchen had everything we needed, laundry room is great, comfy beds and furniture, super nice appliances, dishes and cookware, bike rides to a beautiful nearby park, easy drive to the beach (and they had all the beachy stuff we needed like chairs, towels and umbrella), and the best part…great communication with the nicest host!
