Have you been fantasizing about a true tropical vacation? Well, this 2,300 square foot waterfront home offers everything to make your fantasy tropical vacation a reality. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, one murphy bed, and three bathrooms. It also has a two-car garage.

Take a step out onto the canal-framed lanai and prepare to be awestruck by the private oasis that extends in front of you. Surrounded by tropical plants, the experience is even more enjoyable while you’re splashing in the heated pool or basking in the sun on the loungers. When it’s time for lunch, a poolside barbeque for the entire family would be the perfect meal, as this home comes with an outdoor kitchen. And there’s no better way to close out a day in the tropics than enjoying a show on the wall-mounted big screen outdoor television.

Since this home incorporates decorative touches from both the surrounding paradise and contemporary styles, its theme is known as tropical modernity. Natural sunlight fills the rooms through the many windows and brightens all of the meticulously decorated rooms. Cozy furnishings and beautiful coastal artwork and décor further enhance the calming nautical ambience of the rooms. After a day of fun in the sun, sit back on the comfy sectional couch and enjoy your favorite shows in the living room. To top it all off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.

The enormous contemporary kitchen features barstool chairs along the island-style countertop and comes with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve an indoor family dinner or a seaside snack on the lanai. Of course, it comes with a margarita machine as well, which is ready for action when you’re craving a cool tropical beverage to enjoy in the hot tub.

When it’s finally time to drift away to dreamland, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as wall-mounted televisions. The master bedroom, in particular, along with its private access to the lanai, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and luxuriating bathtub.

The property offers three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night winds off the waterway. Other comfort-enhancing amenities include free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and a generator. You’ve even got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

The Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, spectacular sunsets and endless watersports. Take a parasailing cruise. Try your hand at stand-up paddling, skim boarding or snorkeling. Or lie back and listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

Great place and great location. Loved the outdoor space with a pool hot tub and seating area with TV. Master bedroom was absolutely huge with a fantastic master bathroom. This place is close to everything on the island. I feel like no matter where we were going most places were 7-10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.
