“We loved our stay at Villa Marco. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 BR and 2 1/2 Baths it was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family/friend vacation of 8 adults. The pool was amazing too! Close driving distance to everything. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit!”

“We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught.……

“Prior to booking this property, please make sure that your read the fine print. This is nonrefundable, and the property manager is unwilling to assist - even when the property is under repair after IAN the hurricane. The property sustained damage, drywall repair, water damage, and wind damage throughout. The hallways and hotel were under constant repair while we were there, machinery was loud and started prior to 6:45am EST and they were playing music loudly with little care. Please make sure……

“The property was exactly as it was listed and more. The host communicated with me immediately regarding questions. The cabana outside was the perfect place to watch football, hang out by the propane fire pit, fish off the dock and watch the boats in the gulf. Plenty of great excursions in and around Marco Island. The host even left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine. A decadent place to spend Christmas. Thank you, Al!”
