“Super friendly, patient, helpful staff. Helped us organize our day trip to the Lake Saint Croix, boat rentals, etc. Rooms are spacious, bright, clean, quiet, comfortable. Bathrooms are beautifully tiled, fine grove fixtures, large tubs. Breakfast is delicious. Will come back. Just wonderful. ”

“Location is very calm and attractive. The whole hotel exudes an atmosphere of quiet, yet generous simplicity and a modern interpretation of rustic charm. The bedroom was more than adequate and the whole deal was good value There is ample parking and the breakfast was sumptuous in range, quantity and quality. Unfortunately there was no restaurant service on the evening of our stay, being a Sunday. Otherwise top notch.”

“Lots of light. Great air conditioning. Good bed and sheets, kitchen and supplies. Great location ( park for free 100 - 200 mts down the street. The only downside was that we couldn’t get to access the terrace.”

“Mein Aufenthalt war wunderschön, schöner als erwartet und sehr herzlich. Mein Zimmer war sauber, es war alles da, die Einrichtung ist 1:1 wie auf den Bildern und in top Zustand. Klimaanlage ist auch dabei, allerdings dank der Gemäuer habe ich sie nicht gebraucht. Das Frühstück hat mich jeden Morgen glücklich gemacht, regional und von Laetitia frisch vorbereitet, verbunden mit einem Gespräch oder mehreren Gästen am gemeinsamen Esstisch, es war sehr entspannt. Man konnte auch Abendessen, allerlei……

“Personnel au top ”

“The reception area is on the first floor, accessed by a long staircase (no lift). Our room was on the second floor, up another two flights of stairs, one of which has uneven steps. The room was very stylish but not very practical. Very little storage space and no air conditioning.”

“Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits, des la seconde journée nous avons eu des résurgences d'excréments dans la baignoire !! Dû au sanibroyeur et une mauvaise evacuation. Nous avons signalé immédiatement au gérant. Il est intervenu mais le problème a continué jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Cela peut éventuellement arriver mais une solution aurait dû être proposée ou tout au moins un dédommagement pour la forte incommodation subie.... ”

“The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more.”
