I was very happy with my stay here! Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly!! The view was the best in mardin. Definitely will return and recommend!!

We couldn't go to Mardin, we have asked the Hotel to modify our reservation to same hotel but in a different city, bur they didn't accept! Same hotel but different branch, we felt disappointed to be honest.

Ne bir karşılama ne de güleryüz vardı resepsiyonda. Kalacağımız üç odadan ikisinin hazır olmadığını söylediler (giriş saatinden iki saat kadar sonra gelmemize rağmen). Bir odadaki çarşafta kıllar olduğunu söylememize rağmen ilgilenen olmadı. Bilseydim böyle olacağını diğer adı olan otellerden birini tercih ederdim. Ki onlar buraya göre fiyat olarak daha uygundu. Bir daha Hilton otellerinde kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Odadaki klimayı ayarlayamadık yazan direktiflere uyduğumuz halde olmadı sanırım arızalıydı. Onun haricinde her şeyden memnun kaldık. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. En önemlisi de oda çok temizdi normalde konaklamalarda tedirgin olan bi insan olarak çok rahat ettim. Teşekkürler
