「It's one of the best accommodation experience we had in Turkey. The whole hotel is very beautiful, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. The most important of all, the host family is very friendly and helpful. The street in front of the hotel is very small, and you shouldn't drive in there. We made a mistake without contacting the host first (which was mentioned in the instruction that we HAVE TO contact them first) We drove the car into the small...

「If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best」

「Otel çok güzeldi hüseyin bey işletme sahibi ve eşi çok misafirperver güler yüzlülerdi.」

「Mardius was a stunning hotel located with amazing views of the Mesopotamian plains and a close walk to the main streets of the old city of Mardin. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with parking. The rooms were beautifully restored and decorated in the region's style and breakfast was a sumptuous feast! 10/10 would recommend」

「Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷」

「The staff are delightful and very helpful.」

「The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

「Excellent service, hospitality and beautiful building. Will 100% recommend to anyone.」

「This is our favorite hotel in our 21day trip in Turkey. It is amazingly beautiful and so convinent to walk around. The hotel staffs were very helpful they assited us in parking, carring our luggages to our room, giving us suggestions to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. We had a wonderful time there. We would like to come back if possible. Oh, their free breakfasts were so lavish and colorful. We were just stunned. Highly recommend it. 」

「Personel çok yardımcı oldu」

「We loved our stay at Kale Konak. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, extremely clean, thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The roof terrace (where one can have breakfast, or tea anytime of the day) affords a fantastic and expansive view of the Mesopotamian plain. Very rich breakfast, lovely and helpful personnel and wonderful owner. Highly recommended (while keeping in mind that guests with mobility issues might find the stairs a bit taxing)」
