"The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards. The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service.
