“The hotel was elegant and beautiful. The staff was amazing. Rooms were superbly comfortable and clean. I booked olive and hay and the ember steakhouse and I was not disappointed. Rooms service options are great and convenient- I had mimosas, a bread basket, strawberries and cream and macaroons! The vineyard is a great morning hike and the pool is heated. Wow I was beyond pleased ”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……
