We could see the sea from our room and it was just a short walk to the nearest beach. We were able to bring our dog and our room had it's own bathroom. Although we didn't have breakfast, it smelled great and there were lots of helpful things in the general guest room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, train station, and bus station. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this place. 🙂

We had a great stay here, it’s excellent value for money. Jim was a fantastic, friendly host. The breakfasts were nice, though we could have done with better vege options. The location is convenient, including proximity to bus routes and trains for exploring the area. Overall we would happily go back!

I had the best stay here! Jim was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was right at home. He even let us check in early which was incredibly kind! Recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Margate. Plus it’s right by the beach that doesn’t get too busy!!

What a find, approx 10 minutes to Dreamland walking, 1 minute from beach. The best nights sleep I have had for ages, super comfy bed and pillow's, everything spotlessly clean and a good English breakfast. Jim our host was a diamond, I would return without hesitation
