“Charming and comfortable. Can’t comment on staff as there wasn’t anyone here to greet me, but clear instructions were left for me to find upon entering the foyer. In the big city, that would never fly, but this is the country, it’s fine! Would most definitely stay again.”

If you are in the area you will not be disappointed at this charming B&B, but book early only four rooms are available.”

“the estate is beautiful. our bathroom was super small with the toliet right over your knees . water pressure in shower was great. the bed super comfy slept like a rock. didn't know it was the 3rd floor. lol Not good for people with bad knees. Breakfast awesome. The people that work there super nice also. great location. ”

“The place is beautiful. I’ve only stayed there for one night on a work trip, but I got to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee in the afternoon, an amazing home cooked breakfast and a lovely chat with the owner. The room was exactly as pictured, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was so cute! It’s a real bed and breakfast, you feel home and welcomed. A unique property that’s worth a stay!”

“It is an amazing house with large areas for playing board games, lots of sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. There were candy treats, coffee options and a basket of fresh eggs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house was very cozy and welcoming when we arrived. A very unique property in an area with a good hiking trail you can walk to and the town of Marietta to explore. Our group of twelve all want to return!”
