Premium summer house in Vinišće

  • Vinišće is located about 15 minutes by car from Marina and about 20 minutes from Trogir, and 30 minutes from Split airport.

    The house is located in a beautiful and quiet bay about 50 m from the sea.

    The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and another guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (180x200), the third bedroom has two single beds (90x180). Direct access to the pool via a terrace from one of the bedrooms.

    The second floor has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. On the terrace you have a lovely view of the bay, and there is a dining area and a smaller seating area.

    From the second floor you reach the roof terrace, where there is a lounge area and another dining area.

    Inside the village, about 10 minutes walking distance from the house, there are many nice restaurants. There are also several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops and fresh bread to buy. In the village there is also the possibility to rent bicycles, SUP, etc., take a day trip by boat in the archipelago or the possibility to rent your own boat.

    The pool area has a heated 12x4 m pool with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower with fresh water.

    You can take a lovely salt bath in the sea about 50 meters from the house, on our own pier. Parking space available.

Toller Urlaub

Tolles Haus in einer klasse Bucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Vinišće ist für Ruhe suchende genial. Wasser top. Ausstattung und Einrichtung vom Haus war klasse. Anfahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ok.

beautiful, quiet family time

The property is wonderful. A beautiful space with stunning views and calm peace. We stayed as a family of 5 with our 16, 19 & 22 year old children. The pool area & the sea platform were both fantastic relaxing spaces. There are a few places to eat & a small shop about a 10 - 15min walk away, but we had a hire car that allowed us to explore further a field. Linus was an excellent host, helping & advising us on all our questions. The air conditioning was a must this August and the shaded balconies with. stunning views.

Modern Apartment with Stunning Rooftop and Pool Near Crystal Clear Sea

We had an amazing stay at this modern apartment at the start of August. The apartment is beautifully furnished and features a fantastic rooftop with a barbecue, perfect for family gatherings. Its proximity to the crystal-clear sea, just 30 meters away, made our swims in the sea incredibly convenient, and we loved using the swimming pool after exploring the village or relaxing on the beach. Our family had a wonderful time and we would love to return. Linus, the host, was always ready and quick to assist with any issues we encountered. Additionally, a company regularly checks the pool and fixes any problems, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
