「We enjoyed the stay! 」

「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」

「Great stat!」

「very nice stay!! the host accommodated me and my needs very well and great communication. i definitely recommend this stay.」

「Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, she slept very anxiously, I would rent it again without thinking.」

「This was my first time using VRBO, I was a little nervous about what to expect. Staying at this home far exceeded my expectations. The home was very spacious and allowed us to make the most of our visit to Memphis as well as helped us to get some family time together by cooking our own meals indoors and outdoors. Kroger is conveniently located a few blocks away for grocery shopping. The house is well-maintained and the decor met the mood for Memphis' music history. The host was very...

「Thanks so much for your help! When the water heater broke over the holiday weekend, the owners quickly found us a new place for the rest of our stay. They responded to all questions quickly.」

「The house was clean smelling, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. The floor in one of the rooms needs replacing. it was nice to have washer and dryer there. Its a convenient location, but I would not stay there again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay.」

「Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.」

「Super cute little home with a wonderful theme! And the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Probably some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while!」

「Great」

「We would definitely stay here again and our host Matthew was excellent to work with. The place was beautiful and extremely clean.」

「My family and I traveled to Memphis to visit my daughter there. The location was central to all of our activities, the furniture wes comfortable and the outdoor amenities were great fun. Would travel here again!」

「The 6th bedroom was a separate building beside the pool. It was very dirty. We had to spend 3 hours cleaning it. Sheets were dirty. The floors were dirty. Other than that, the house was nice. Plenty of room. It is a little worn but overall very nice. Pool and hot tub were good. My kids loved the game room. Neighborhood was stellar」

「We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for having us!」

「We came in for a weekend getaway and needed a comfortable home base in a central location for three humans and two fur babies. This is exactly what we envisioned! Check in was touchless and simple. The apartment is well stocked with essentials, including shampoo! The beds are comfortable with quality linens and plush duvets. Pillows are good quality. Flat screens are in every room. The kitchen is ready for cooking and the dining room table can accommodate six. We didn’t cook, but there seemed to...
