Everything was great! Pools were nice, only thing is food is super repetitive and even if you paid for your buffet you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle while it’s 40+ degrees out and I thought that was a bit bizarre. It’s just water.

Awful, do not book this hotel as it is no way 5 star. The room was old, worn and very basic. The staff were terrible, we even had to request toilet roll more than once during our stay. The restaurant was also bad as it was like a 2 star buffet. There are plenty other good hotels to choose from in the same area. Do not make the mistake of booking here.

A family-friendly hotel where the staff goes above and beyond for children. The property is clean, living up to the high standards of an international chain. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!
