Beautiful property however not maintained properly. Twice total darkness in a section of the hotel where my room was. Water cumulates in the shower. I stayed only 1n instead of three. Management didn’t charge penalty for early check out. Departure was amicable.

Fabulous break in a relaxing yet trendy oasis

Great 4 night stay at Maison Blanche in a junior suite. The hotel is very slick, great menu and rooms plus good pools & beach area. Staff all very friendly and accommodating inc suggestions for dinner, trips and a surprise birthday cake for my wife! The hotel is 10-15 min drive from main Médina and taxis are cheap & plentiful. Good access to the hustle & bustle but far enough away to unwind and relax. Only issue was slight unpleasant aroma from waterpipes/sinks in bathroom, otherwise Would absolutely recommend - great hotel & break!

Geweldig hotel!

Zeer mooi ingericht hotel en het personeel is behulpzaam en extreem veiendelijk, in het bijzonder Miloud en Jimmy! Ontvangst met overheerlijke thee. Nogmaals, de service was fantastisch! Door een klein defect aan de airco in de kamer kregen we onmiddelijk een mooie suite zonder meerkost. Wij komen zeker terug!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, le personnel a été au petit soin du début jusqu’à la fin. Un grand merci à Jimmy responsable clientèle pour son professionnalisme et sa convivialité. Très bel endroit. Vous alliez repos avec une chambre très paisible et repos ou fête autour des deux piscines de l établissement. L’hôtel propose que 12 chambres donc très privatif. La restauration est excellente, petit déjeuner inclus. Petit bémol : faudrait juste quelques petits rafraîchissements au niveaux des chambres qui elles restent très belles! Merci pour ce séjour, on reviendra! Julien & Cath

Excellent hôtel très bon accueil par le directeur de l’hôtel JImmy ,magnifique 2 piscines dont une réserver exclusivement aux clients de l hôtel.Personnel au petit soin et à l'écoute .Le service de chambre et le room service est impeccable .Wifi opérationnel et de bonne qualité dans tous l’établissement .A notre grande surprise nous avons été surclassé sur une suite sans supplément de prix.les prestation boissons et restauration sont de trés bonne qualité mais un peu cher (normale pour le standing) .Animé la journée (Beach Club ) trés calme le soir .Seul inconvénient loin du centre mais Taxis aux pris raisonnables accessible à toute heures. Bref pour notre part c 'était parfait je recommande

Beautiful, relaxing, pampering haven of delight

Beautiful hotel and outdoor area with pool. Rooms are lovely, but the suites give you a little bit more room and privacy, so worth the extra spend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and Jimmy was super. Food and drink very, very good quality, but expensive. 20 minute taxi ride from central Marrakesh, Medina and Geuliz, but we didn't mind that at all.

Nice hotel with great staffs and facilities

The hotel staff was really good, they were nice and friendly. From the first day Jimmy made sure our stay was good and attended to our needs. The other staffs such as Othman, Miloud and Amine were extra helpful aswell.

Decent hotel, minimal amenities during off season

Overall, the hotel was decent. However, we made the mistake of going during the off season which we were not informed of prior to booking. During the off season, everything is closed including the only restaurant and all the outdoor bars. Your only options for food are room service everyday or the gas station restaurant down the street (which I actually highly recommend). Of note, breakfast is included which was nice. It’s the same breakfast everyday though and no options. Additionally, we booked the suite with the private pool. The pool was nice and functioning; however, we were also expecting a rooftop with outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi. All the furniture had been put away for the season and the jacuzzi drained and empty. Pretty disappointing. For what we paid, we likely would have booked elsewhere had we known all this in advance. As for the staff, they are friendly but most of them speak very, very minimal English. So things can get difficult and lost in translation if you don’t speak French or Arabic. For example, at check out, the person checking us out tried to make us pay over 8000 dirhams ($800+) even though we had prepaid in full through the Expedia app. He told us we would have to wait 30mins for another staff member to arrive and sort it out. We said we could not wait as we had a flight to catch. We paid what we believed we owed for room service and tourist tax and left. Overall, the hotel is nice but I do not recommend it in the off season.

mauvaise accueille a l'arrivée notre sejour etait deja payé en ligne mais sous pretexte que la personne de l'accueil estimait que le prix de la chambre réservée était bas il nous a demandé de régler 120 euros afin de bénéficier d'une de ces chambres chose qye j'ai refuse car javai deja regler la totalité de la somme avec un bon de reduction Hotel.com sachant qu'en plus cette même personne ma pris une pseudo caution de 1500 dirham qui m'a encaissée a notre plus grande surprise j'ai du revenir 4 jours plus tard pour me faire rembourser

The Perfect Stay

There is not enough that I can say about our stay at La Maison Blanche in Marrakech. This is a comfy boutique hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful The staff was incredibly kind and beyond helpful. They called taxis for us to take into the city (100DH during the day, 150DH at night). It was the perfect place to stay if you want to stay outside of the city a little (we were about a 10-15 minute drive from the square). The breakfast was incredible and made fresh every day! You can choose between a Moroccan breakfast and a continental breakfast, both were phenomenal. We would stay at La Maison Blanche every single time we visit Marrakech! With no hesitation.

Belle surprise ! Un lieu idyllique (nous l'avons expérimenté "hors saison"). Pour y loger, si les suites jardin sont très agréables (dans un petit dédale de plantes tropicales, avec chacune sa terrasse croulant sous les fleurs), testez et adoptez à coup sûr la grande suite avec piscine privée chauffée (topissime), nichée dans son patio cerné de bambous, et surmontée de sa terrasse sur le toit avec baignoire jaccuzzi… Les PDJ sont apportés dans la chambre (jus frais, fruits finement découpés, pancakes, pain, beurre, confitures locales, et une omelette excellente !) Côté hôtel, il y a 2 piscines (non chauffées, il faut le savoir lorsque l'on vient hors saison), avec une ambiance plage très sympa à Marrakech, et un grand nombre de beds très confortables. La demeure est majestueuse, la structure à taille humaine, l'accueil est donc chaleureux, le personnel est adorable et se dévoue pour vous faire plaisir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel ! Nous remercions tout le monde, du portier aux patrons (un merci particulièrement chaleureux à Bernard), pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. A bientôt. Fantastic. You won't be disappointed

The suites are fantastic. Chic and individual. The setting in the main hotel is glorious and fabulous. The outside and pool area are spotless and so chilled and welcome from the madness of the Medina. I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were very attentive and couldn't be more helpful. What a fantastic setting

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel!

Wir waren mit 3 Ehepaare in diesem traumhaftes schönes Boutique Hotel in der Palmenhai! Das Personal ist einfach nicht zu toppen, zuvorkommen, lieb, höfflich und vor allem sehr discret! Eine Oase der Ruhe! Die Sauberkeit wird ganz groß geschrieben, das Frühstück ist perfekt! Das Restaurant ist eben so super! Eine Riesen Dank an das ganzen Team, Amine, Nasser, Ayoub, Miloud, das ganze Team der Haushaltsreinigung und Bernard! Wir kommen auf jeden Fal wieder.... Vielen Dank nochmals. Nadiya
