The Riad is very clean and cosy. The rooms are ventilated and the staff always clean them, without asking (even sometimes 2 times in a day). The staff, specially Sufian and Said are very kind and helpful. They always served delicious Chai when we came back to the Riad. Laurence, the owner, is a very warm and welcoming person. The whole experience in the Riad felt like being in Home and not in a commercial Hotel.
The Massage and Hammam are very good and recommended. They take their time and it is not rushed.
When we come back to Marrakech again, there is no other place we’d stay than in Riad Charme d'Orient.

If you need to have a great holiday, look no further than the Riad Charme D’Orient.
The minute you walk in, you will be wowed by not only the property itself but also how you are well looked after by Laurence and her team.
Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to be part of the “family” at the Riad
The Riad was a pleasure to stay at with everything you require after a busy day in the city.
The rooms were very well looked after and the iced mint teas were a lovely touch after a hot day wandering around the Medina.
The morning was a highlight up on the roof terrace having a lovely breakfast and comparing stories with the other guests.
If you need somewhere to relax and enjoy the treasures of Marrakech this is the place.
Highly recommended and will return again.
