Everything about our stay at Riad Livia was amazing. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Our room and the entire Riad were extremely well kept and very relaxing. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredible, breakfast was amazing, and overall we really enjoyed our stay at Livia. My wife and I were there for 3 nights as part of a 10 year wedding anniversary trip and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

Magnifique séjour dans ce somptueux Riad. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits lors de notre séjour à Marrakech. Lieu magnifique à la déco soignée - personnel au petit soin (merci à Simo et à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme).
Petit déjeuner très agréable sur la terrasse chaque matin (produits frais et de qualité).
Nous vous recommandons de réserver au moins un dîner au Riad lors de votre séjour - cuisine maison traditionnelle au top.
Emplacement proche de la frénésie de la médina tout en restant encore authentique.

A little oasis in the madness and chaos. Typical stylish Moroccan decor. A fabulous breakfast was offered every day. You can order mocktails and fruit anytime. Simone gave us excellent service through out our stay and nothing was too much trouble … organising cars and booking restaurants etc.

Riad Livia was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop was absolutely my favorite part—I found myself wanting to stay there instead of going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful.
A special thank you to Youssef and Simo, who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The location is also perfect: about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, close enough to enjoy all the action but far enough away for quiet, restful nights. The walk back was also a great way to burn off all the delicious Moroccan food!
I highly recommend Riad Livia and would gladly stay there again.

This was truly a magnificent experience. We can highly recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is authentic, the experience was all we wanted from our visit to Marrakech. Within close proximity to the Old Town in Medina and the Souks.

Check in and check out were both confusing and unnecessarily long. We were not given good instructions and were confused when returning to the riad our first night. Also it was very hot as the AC does not work well.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Livia. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm, creating a relaxing and authentic atmosphere throughout our visit.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend Riad Livia to anyone visiting Marrakech and would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Riad Livia was absolutely amazing. We experienced great hospitality from all the staff members. Especially Simo, Yousef and Mohammad.
They were all very pleasant, polite and professional. From our first day Simo and Yousef were very attentive to our needs. They answered all of our questions, gave great advice, guidance and recommendations.
It’s a beautiful Riad, with a lovely atmosphere.

Delightful- a real oasis of calm in a great location. Mohammed, Yosef and Simo all excellent- smiling and very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend it. Only 5 rooms, but that makes it even more personal. Will recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I had a good stay at the Riad. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff truly stood out, providing exceptional service throughout my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Privacy is questionable! You must feel comfortable being treated like family next door. Breakfast was wonderful.
The location is a major advantage, as it is close to many attractions and convenient once you arrive. However, getting to the hotel was more difficult than expected, and the immediate surrounding area was not very appealing or easy to navigate.
Despite the challenges with access and the surrounding neighborhood, the quality of the hotel and the outstanding service made it a stay I would recommend.
