Ein Fleckchen Luxus in mitten von Nichts

Wir verbrachten zu zehnt (9 erwachsene und 1 Baby) 10 wunderschöne Tage in Marokko. Die beeindruckende Villa liegt - wie beschrieben - 30 Autominuten von Marrakesch entfernt. Ca 5 min entfernt großer Kreisel mit kleinen Läden (Brot, Ball, Oliven,...) Ca 15 min entfernt großer Supermarkt mit großem Sortiment (Atacadão). Positiv - nette Besitzerin (Madame Zorah) - Riesen Pool - toller concierge (Reda) - er kümmert sich um Garten, Müll, Pool, Sicherheit,... - viele Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1 Matratze) und eigenem Bad - große Anlage - Waschmaschine vorhanden - Carport für Autos - Baby Bett auf Anfrage Negativ - Spülmaschine defekt - Internet vorhanden aber mehrmals einige Tage ausgefallen - Ameisen in der Küche (ist glaube ich normal) - Keine Gesellschaftsspiele und kein Fön vorhanden (Aber angegeben - für uns nicht schlimm)

Dar moudar la définition de la détente et de la tranquillité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dar moudar. Les chambres son très propres et spacieuses avec des grandes terrasses dans pratiquement chaque suite. La villa dispose d’un très très grand salon spacieux où nous avons passé la plus part du temps. Le mobilier est très propres et moderne. La villa dispose d’une très grande piscine et un énorme jardin. Un grand merci à la propriétaire Zohra qui nous a accompagner du début à la fin dans nos besoin et qui a sut répondre à toute nos attentes pour nous offrir un super séjour. Aussi je tiens à remercier particulièrement REDA le gardien de la villa qui a étais adorable et serviable ainsi que Zahira la cuisinière qui nous a mijoter des super plat traditionnel et que je recommande fortement au futur locataire. Le seul inconvénient de la villa et que une fois à l’intérieur on ne veux plus sortir visiter Marrakech mais s’enfermer dedans. Merci encore Zohra et à très bientôt.

Good and Bad

Great property. Huge pool. Nice grounds. Guy looking after the place very helpful and friendly. However. Very dirty and not cleaned properly. Mouldy food in the microwave. Food stains on tables. One of us got an electric shock from the hob. A child got locked in a bedroom when a door broke. The internet allowance lasted a few days and when topped up it did the same again. Dishwasher not working. No hot water in the kitchen till it was connected up upon request. Ping pong table bent and no ball. Some facilities are broken and should not be listed as available which they are. It is a shame as the property is fantastic but clearly the owner does not spend enough time or money on maintaince.

Très déçu

Points positifs: - la cuisinière. Points négatifs: - Les douches fonctionnent très mal - le wifi est presque inexistant - le ménage n’a jamais était fait pendant notre séjour alors que c était prévu. - autour de la Piscine il faut faire attention ou l on met les pieds car de grosse dalles sont poser au sol pour couvrir des trous. - manque des serviettes - pas de savon dans les salles de bains - les lits sont de mauvaises qualités - tout est en mauvais état! Ping pong, terrain de foot, panier de basket on dirait que c’est à l’abandon depuis plusieurs années. Je suis énormément déçu de la prestation vu le prix! C’est bien la première et dernière fois que nous irons dans cette maison qui en plus de ça est à 40 min de voiture du centre. Un mot pour résumer mon commentaire: à fuir.

Une villa des mille et une nuit et un accueil chaleureux. Je vous conseille de demander un guide pour les visites : le programme est excellent et les visites proposées valent le détour ! Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille !

Amazing Villa Shame about the Owners

We had mixed feelings about our Stay in Villa Dar Moudar. The pool is better than the pictures make out and is really nice as is the downstairs living rooms. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs which came with en-suites. The fifth bedroom is downstairs and not displayed in any of the pics and when you see it you will understand why. Anyone in this room will have the short straw. That pretty much ends the positive points about the Villa. The Negatives being; WIFI only worked intermittently and was only plugged in Friday & Saturday. We had no Wi-Fi on Thursday or Sunday can only assume the owners paid for 2 days as it is via a dongle. When asked they would message saying it would be back on in an hour and we would just go around in circles like that. We also paid for breakfast during our stay which was 6 euros per person per day. We were told this would be a big breakfast with lots of Fruit, eggs beans the works. For 8 people we got a few Moroccan pancakes with some jam and 2 eggs( No joke). Second day we ended up going to a cash and carry to get some more food to subsidise. Next issue was trying to order a taxi. This is what wound me up the most. They said they could order us a taxi but we would have to give the money to Razor (Security Guard) for the taxi not the taxi driver. We reluctantly agreed the first day as we had no Wifi and was unable to order one for ourselves. Once we arrived in Marrakesh i found out that they had taken 50% mark-up for making a call for a taxi. Luckily we met a driver while quad biking and he picked us up and dropped us off as we needed, cutting out the owners of the Villa. Taking all this into account I would not recommend nor stay at this Villa again as the owners caused us stress from the outset. We felt they took advantage wherever possible to make more money out of us. If you do stay at this Villa bear all this in mind plus it is also a good 45 mins into the main bit of Marrakesh and a taxi one way will cost you around 25 Euros. Also nothing is provided in the Villa not even toilet paper and there are no shops within walking distance. Stay at your own risk

Séjour très agréable!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la villa Dar Moudar. La propriétaire Zohra a été à nos petits soins et à répondu à nos questions rapidement. Sur place nous avons pu communiquer par WhatsApp et par téléphone et elle est venue plusieurs fois nous rendre visite. La maison est très spacieuse et agréable. Le jardin très grand et bien entretenu par le gardien Réda. Le gardien habite au fond du jardin avec sa famille. Il a toujours été disponible, souriant et très serviable. Nous sommes venus juste après Noël, il faisait très beau et chaud la journée mais les soirées étaient froides. Les chambres étaient bien chauffées, en revanche la grande pièce principale ne l'était pas assez. Seul un chauffage fonctionnait mais n'était pas efficace. Nous avons fait des feux de cheminée mais cela n'était pas suffisant pour chauffer cette grande pièce. La maison est située à environ 20mn d'un supermarché à l'entrée de Marrakech. Nous avons pu y faire des provisions et la cuisinière nous a préparer de délicieux plats locaux. Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes dans la villa et nous espérons y retourner pour d'autres occasions!

Belle demeure et services dignes d'un grand hotel.

Un séjour inoubliable, la maison permet de loger facilement 10 personnes sans se gêner les uns les autres . Dar moudar est décorée avec beaucoup de goût "digne d'un palais des mille et une nuit ". La maison dispose d'une très grande piscine et belle piscine qui a fait la joie des grands et des petits. Merci à. Zohra Moudar qui a à cœur le confort et le bien être de ses hôtes ( c'est réussi nous nous sentions comme à la maison ). Un grand merci à Reda qui s'occupe de l'intendance de la maison pour sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. Un grand merci à Khadija pour sa gentillesse et ses merveilleux petits plats. Nous gardons cette adresse pour nos prochain séjour .

5 Star Amazing Dream family villa

Easy directions via google maps and sign posted from the main road to the villa. Around 25-30 minutes from Marrakesh centre. Soon as you arrive at the main entrance it is like a dream. 10000 square meter place of a top class private villa & swimming pool. Soon as you walk in you feel the relaxing environment and calmness away from the busy life. The villa downstairs has 3 living rooms areas with AC's, a toilet/sink and a large kitchen with full amenities including dishwasher, oven, iron, utensils and large fridge/freezer with water dispenser & ice cube maker. The spacious garden has an amazing swimming pool (20 Mtrs x 6/7 Mtrs and goes 2 Mtrs deep), sunbeds, large purpose built canopy with bbq area, outdoor shower area with wc's, a table tennis table and a football goal. Nice scenery and very private. Upstairs has a beautiful stairway/hall way and 4 well decorated bedrooms with AC's and ensuite bathrooms. Towels and robes are provided and a chef/cleaner are available for a minimal fee. Friendly owner & staff. I would 100% come again and recommend to all, friends and family. Thank you for an amazing comfortable family holiday.
