"My Home", 2 rooms, not far from the beaches and in the historic center of Marsala

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all large and small appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, etc.). The 2 rooms are given to a single family (that is, the 2 rooms are not rented to different families unless not required by them). There are two heat pumps / air conditioners one in each room and a fan. The rooms have completely soundproof windows, so they are isolated from the street noise. It can accommodate up to four people.
The house is located in the historic center of Marsala so, any type of service (supermarkets, post offices, banks, places of cultural or archaeological) are within walking distance. The sea is about 200 meters and already there is a nice stretch for bathing. The beaches are about 5 km, reachable by car or bus.
A short distance away is the pier for the Egadi and a few km. To the Phoenician island of Mozia in the lagoon of the Lagoon, recently added by the FAI of the most beautiful places to visit. Accessible by car there is the medieval town of Mount Erice and the ruins of Segesta with its amphitheater.
The convenience of having all the services under the house and at the same time easy access to the sea and places of cultural interest, make this home the perfect place to combine a holiday by the sea to the night life of the city center between shows, music, numerous pizzerias or pubs.
