The hotel was in an amazing location .. the person at the reception who spoke English was very helpful. The person who only spoke French was very unhelpful - and a bit rude too. The reception area reeked of cigarettes. Other than this excellent hotel.

The worst hotel I have stayed at in years

The description on line was nowhere close to the terrible experience and condition of the hotel. DO NOT stay in this establishment

STEER AWAY!!!! WORST PLACE IN HISTORY

This place was the worst thing I have ever experienced. When we walked in with 3 bags and one case we got told we needed to go up 4 more stairs without elevator or help to 5th floor. When we got inside it looked NOTHING like the pictures and was absolutely horrible. The service by the one staff member was terrible and the rooms looked terrifying. This costed us about 100 euros and I regret it with all of my heart. Inside the floor was cracked with big visible cracks, the planks around the window was rotten aswell as the one piece of plank before the bathroom door. The whole room but ESPECIALLY bathroom smelled really bad and nothing was cleaned. It looked like they «made» the bed and just left everything. We could even see stains in the bed….. Our experience with this hotel was the worst and it was also really expensive for the price. This is a place you can’t even call a hotel…. Worst place Iv’e ever visited…. I even got pictures, and then you will see ut looked NOTHING like the pictures online.
Beds looked horrible, could even find chopped wood from the small table in the picture. The black table was broken and just left there with one leg completely to the side

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal porto vecchio e vicino alla maggioranza delle attrazioni turistiche nonché alle metro e alle fermate dei bus per andare ovunque. Personale gentile ed accomodante che ci ha fornito la camera già prima del check-in e ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, tornando a prenderli in serata. Non abbiamo riscontrato le pulizie giornaliere come indicato sul sito e quantità di saponi non sufficienti per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

Hotel très bien situé

Chambre au dernier étage : on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue. Clim efficace mais bruyante. Personnel très sympathique. Plancher non horizontal : surprenant mais pas dérangeant.

Nous avons eu un souci lors de notre départ, nous avons attendu 20 minutes en sonnant et personne n’est venu nous ouvrir la porte qui était coincée. Nous avons dû avec des outils débloqués la porte pour sortir de l’hôtel en sachant que nous avions un bateau à prendre, nous sommes vraiment pas content de la situation du départ.

La seule qualité de cet hôtel est sa localisation très proche du vieux port Pour le reste chambre très petite. TV qui ne fonctionne pas. Salle de bain en mauvais état (toilette non fixé)

Attentio, site de resa qui rame client qui paye

J ai été facturé alors qu'a cause du site hôtels.com ou le système de réservation la page de réservation a sauté... Pensant que c était a cause de l hôtel qui était complet j ai réservé un autre hôtel sur un autre site, 30 minutes après je reçois un mail qui confirme ma réservation et je me retrouve avec deux chambres réservées pour ce 1er janvier, j appellé immédiatement (moins de 30 minutes après la réservation initiale) l hôtel pour annuler, refus du réceptionniste qui me dit ne pas avoir la main sur les réservations, j ai essayé une partie de la soirée d annuler ma réservation sur hôtels.com, je n y suis pas parvenu... Je suis totalement scandalisé de ces pratiques, je changerai mon avis si ma réservation m est remboursés a défaut de quoi je ne compte pas en rester là et je ferai le nécessaire au titre du droit de rétractation. L erreur étant humaine je suis ouvert a la discussion, a un geste commercial significatif, la proposition d une chambre pour ce soir ou un remboursement pour et simple. Merci.

駅から迷いなく歩いて15分。 エレベーターはない。 朝6:50に出ようとしたら、玄関が閉まっている。privée のドアをノックして、事情説明。7時に出て7h23の気動車に乗れた。3分前に。spar が近い。日曜は20hまで。旧港に近く、船の利用は至便。 室内の床が一方向、扉側に傾いているのは、デザインか？
