In the garden planted with trees and fenced, you will find a lawn area:
A large terrace with swimming pool covered or not covered according to your choice and heated with dimensions of 9 m on 4, deckchairs small corner lounge for idleness!!!



An outside dining area in height offering a panoramic view of the sea and hills for your meals and relaxation with its teak table and chairs for 6 people barbecue and equipped with a sofa armchair that will be conducive to sharing the aperitif.

The house is composed of a dining room with sea view and a table for 6 people overlooking the terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and gas stove with 5 burners, crockery and kitchen utensils (mixer, toaster, coffee maker ..), TV.

A large living room with a 4-seater sofa, armchair, stools, coffee table, home cinema TV screen and wifi, a table for 8 people overlooking the pool.


The night side is composed of 3 bedrooms

A master bedroom on the first floor with a terrace with sea view and a 160x200 cm bed.

With a bathroom shower with storage space and ironing board.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with sea view giving onto the terrace with a 160x200cm bed with storage cupboard, Tv with play station and games for children.

Another bedroom with a 140 x200 bed with cupboard and wardrobe.

Sanitary facilities/ 1 bathroom with bath and shower jaccuzi, vanity unit, washbasin.
