Private: property (fenced), well-kept garden 150 m2, swimming pool angular (3 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bus stop "Maurelle Nord" 600 m, railway station "La Ciotat - Ceyreste" 2.2 km, sandy beach "La Ciotat" 2.2 km, park "Du Domaine de la Tour" 2 km. Sports harbour 4.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, tennis 2.1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand à St Cyr sur mer 9 km, Zoa à Bandol 26 km, Bowling à Bandol 26 km, OK Corral à Cuges les Pins 18 km.
