"Breakfast staff were helpful. Made to order omelets, waffles, fruit, and cereals. Cocktail drink had a mosquito in it. Was replaced with a fresh drink. Crab cake appetizer was delicious. Housekeeping did not make the bed until day three of our stay. She did not replenish the creamer. Shower was leaking onto the floor. Shower door needs to be sealed better."

"Everything was great except myself and another guest got in a little after 12am Thursday night. There was no one at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes before a gentleman appeared from down the hall. He gave no explanation, no sorry, not even a greeting. I asked for some fresh towels, and was finally on my way."

"The staff couldn't have been sweeter, and there are eating options, and a drugstore and convenience store nearby. That's where it ends. My towels had hair on them, and they were replace with towels that had a hair on it. There was a stain on the bedsheets, no microwave in the room, tabletop ironing board with no place adequate to lay it. They had CABLE tv but the picture was HORRIBLE, grainy with two horizontal lines that keep looping from the bottom of the screen to the top. Comfortable bed but hard pilllows. Hallways are dingy and dark; elevator walls marked up and dirty. If you are looking for a cheap place to shield you from the elements in the Boston area, give it a try. It's a very old motel inside of a hotel."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location a short walk from the waterfront with a beach, boardwalk and gazebo-like structure and nice views. The lobby is a comfortable place to chat and enjoy coffee, etc. The café is very expensive and should have some less expensive options. The least expensive coffee is $5 and is 12 ounces at least. There should be a smaller size. The rooms are small, but the beds were fine. The coffee in the room was good. This hotel is very convenient for UMASS and the T. The most ridiculous thing is the water that costs $3 per bottle unless you are a member of their travel club. After paying high room prices you should be able to have a free bottle or two. It is insulting and makes this property and their corporate structure seem cheap and ready to make a buck on anything possible, such as the $15 egg and cheese! A company does not want to give that impression if they want repeat business and it gives Hilton a bad look. The free delicious cookies are an exception!"
