「Three nights at this hotel, and nothing stood out too much. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough compared to other places I've visited. Staff was friendly and helped with check-in easily.」

「Absolutely not worth it. Even for a cheap room, this was unacceptable, so we checked out the same night. The room was filthy: there were bugs on the walls, hair in the bathroom, and stains on the walls that I don't even want to think about. The AC unit was propped up on a plastic bucket and a flattened beer box, with black grime built up around it. I have video of all of it. If you're thinking of booking here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.」

「It was exactly as we hoped and made for a perfect weekend- thank you!」

「Everything that could be needed or wanted was there. It was a very cute place to stay. There were some bugs, but not as many as I would have thought given the location. Overall would stay agin. The one problem we had, was quickly fixed.」

「Checking in took no time at all, just handed over my ID and got my key quickly without hassle!」

「Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free WiFi worked well too.」

「My husband and I stayed here for theee nights! Would recommend hands down! We will be back! The cottage was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. Loved watching the goats and dogs run around in the morning from our window.」

「Enjoy the beautiful accommodations, clean linen and towels 」

「We had such a great stay in this tiny container home! It was cute, cozy, and surprisingly comfortable. The space was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed to relax and feel right at home. It was clean, peaceful, and a perfect little getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfy place to unwind. 」

「This had to be one of the best stays in Waco. It was super easy to find and conveniently located to the downtown area. It was super clean and very comfortable. Now lets talk about this VIEW.....WOW WHAT A VIEW we could see everything...even the Baylor Stadium. Everything lit up at night was AMAZING!!! We loved the slight sounds of the historical church bells but the quietness of the hustle and bussel. We would definitely recommend this stay to any of our friends that need that quick little get...

「Cute, quaint, clean, well furnished and beautiful setting and exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. Word of caution, a bit of mobility is needed to navigate the stairs up to the patio on the regular unit. We ended the evening watching that horse neighbors browse the field and peeking at the stars through the trees!」

「Overall, if you are looking for a place that is affordable, quiet, clean, close to Baylor and safe, this place checks most of those boxes. Property is a newer apartment complex about 10 minutes from the Baylor campus. However, the property is adjacent to I-35 frontage road. Convenient for on-off the highway, but noisy all day and night. Felt clean and safe. Booking, check-in and ongoing communication were very timely for our stay. Ground floor unit if anyone is nervous about doors in...

「House is very nice and worked well for our trip. Love the fact that they keep k cups stocked for the coffee drinkers. Parking is a little tricky but we made it work」
