"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "The most perfect night stay, everything was to an extremely high standard, rooms, amenities, staff and menu/drinks. It was first class at affordable prices. The menu is more suited for lunches but the location is just perfect, you can find many amazing restaurants and bars near by within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again."

"We had a great couple of nights at the hotel. The pod arrangement is unique and makes for a memorable stay. The staff are fantastic and a special mention to Maxim the cocktail mixologist. The spa facilities are excellent with the pool at the perfect temperature. The only slight negative points were, the rooms do not have air conditioning and we stayed during a heatwave. The buffet restaurant is not that great, I was expecting something better given that the other restaurant has a Michelin star."

"Stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and done rverything to make my stay plesent. The property is in a very nice, remote, and quiet area. Chateaubriant is a ten minute drive away, with lots of nice restaurants. Dinner one evening was very plesent and good value for money. Would definitely return. "
