"The hotel's location is great; there are nearby restaurants, and the village center is very close—it's a small village. There is parking available, which is free at night and paid during the day at a reasonable rate. The girl at the reception during the evening shift was very kind. When we first arrived, we found that the room's AC wasn't working well, but she changed our room and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, and the room and bathroom are excellent. My only observation is that, since I had read previous reviews where most guests complained about the air conditioning, I checked it upon arrival and found it wasn't working. We were moved to a room where the AC was functioning, but it wasn't cooling very strongly. Given that the temperatures were 27°C during the day and 22°C at night, I expected much better performance. I expect that if there were a stronger heatwave, the AC would be ineffective. Since the hotel is otherwise lovely, it would be great if they could pay more attention to the air conditioning system."

"Such an amazing hotel! The pools are beautiful and the views are outstanding! The hotel room was huge and spotless! We loved it and will definitely return one day! Thankyou for an incredible experience of Switzerland! My dog loved his trip too!"
Luxury remote mountain getaway far from the crowds

"Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und wirklich toll aufgeteilt. Die großzügige Küche und die vielen Badezimmer sind wirklich ein Pluspunkt. Es war super, dass wir bei unseren Aufenthalt den VIP-Pass erhalten haben und damit die Bergbahnen nutzen konnten. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und würden daher das Haus weiterempfehlen."

"Return visit, great value for money in Switzerland. We were in the cheapest room category and although a bit dated it was extremely clean. Room had a fridge which was a bonus. Check in is via a video screen in reception but there’s a person on the other end and it works fine."

"Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch. After several days of hiking, it was the perfect place to feel comfortable and relaxed. This hotel is definitely on our short list to return to!"
Hotel de la Poste

"I'm travelling throughout Switzerland for one month by train, so proximity to a station is important to me. This hotel fit the bill for that purpose for a three-night stay, being no more than five minutes from the station on a very direct route. It's a fairly basic property and has seen better days, but it is priced accordingly, so that was a fair trade-off for me. Breakfast options were limited, but again it was priced accordingly. One thing that threw me at first was the virtual check-in (all reception service is virtual there) because I do not recall being alerted to that when I booked, but it works fine and is staffed 24/7. Another oddity was having to switch the lights on manually when walking along the hallway and in the elevator waiting area on my floor. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in continental Europe and the UK and never encountered that before. "

"What a wonderful apartment! We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. And the host was very kind and made sure we were comfortable and felt welcome. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony off the kitchen, a perfect place to relax after hiking. the location is excellent, right across from the pretty pink church in Trient with many excellent hiking opportunities nearby."
